HISTORY OVERVIEW

Independent Training and Facilitating - Conducted surveys, focus groups and individual interviews to perform needs analysis in order to determine organizational structures, communication systems and group interactions, as well as morale and motivational factors. Designed, delivered and facilitated seminars on conflict resolution and team-building for church and community associations.
