Don Myers is an Operations Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, and a Partner in Kaleidosystems. His expertise includes a variety of progressively responsible roles in operations and electronics engineering. He has taught courses in leadership and organization development at home and abroad, and has earned numerous awards for his work in process improvement and concurrent engineering. In addition to his responsibilities in project management, Don was also a Total Quality Trainer and trained manufacturing and engineering departments in the corporate initiative. He holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a Certificate in Change Management from Johns Hopkins University, a Master's degree in Administration from George Washington University and Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
